To assist in the planning, conducting and evaluating the ministry of Bell Shoals Baptist Academy in conjunction with the Academy administration and Headmaster. To develop and maintain a Policy and Procedures Manual for the operation of Bell Shoals Baptist Academy.
The committee shall be composed of six (6) members to be elected to three year terms on a staggered rotation.
Conduct a monthly meeting to evaluate the ongoing ministry of the Academy and provide counsel in up-coming decisions. Provide input and guidance in determining policies, strategies and operating procedures for the Academy. Assist the administration in determining the financial needs of the Academy and the preparation of the annual budget. Assist the administration in the selection of potential staff and faculty. Participate in the annual evaluation process of Academy employees. Serve as a liaison for the Academy between the church and parents of Academy students in communicating policies, events, and resolving possible conflicts.
